SheetSnap: Table OCR

SheetSnap: Table OCR is a macOS app for extracting table data from screenshots, scans, and photos. This policy explains what data the app handles and how that data is treated.

Data collection

SheetSnap does not require account creation and is not designed to collect personal data from users. The app does not track users across apps or websites.

User-selected files

The app processes images that you explicitly choose or drop into the app window. Those files are used only to perform table extraction and related export actions inside the app.

Local processing

Table extraction is intended to run locally on your Mac using model assets available to the app. The app may download a required model asset after you select your first image, but your selected images are not uploaded as part of normal app use.

Data sharing

SheetSnap does not sell your data and does not share your selected files with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

Exports and clipboard use

When you choose to copy or export extracted table data, the app writes that output to the clipboard or to a file location that you select. Those actions occur at your direction.
